报告内容：
城市热岛效应及其缓解措施 随着经济的快速发展，城市呈现出“高强度、高密度、高高度”立体化的发展态势，高层建筑的大量集聚降低了城市的通风透气能力，不利于冬季灰霾的扩散和夏季高温天气的缓解，城市热岛效应日益严重。 新加坡目前是花园城市，正在努力成为花园中的城市。其城市热岛效应及其缓解措施的研究体系日臻完善，并应用于城市微气候的调控实施，取得了显著的成效。城市热岛效应引起的高温不仅威胁居民的身心健康，还会导致城市制冷能耗攀升，以及城市环境质量下降，污染物不易扩散。因此，学习新加坡成熟的城市热岛效应及其缓解措施的研究体系是建设生态、宜居、低碳城市的需求。
报告人简要工作背景： Steve Kardinal Jusuf完成了30余项科研项目，撰写了30余篇国际期刊论文，在城市热岛效应领域具有突出的科研能力， Steve主持的科研项目包括Validation of performance indicators and development of benchmarks of resource use and waste generation for urban farms in Singapore under the clean and green standard (agriculture) （Singapore Food Agency）、Study on the use of probiotics to increase yield and nutritional value in an integrated rooftop hydroponic farming and solar photovoltaics (PV) system（Temasek Foundation Innovates）、Study on the acceptable reflectance level of body wrap, paintwork and windscreen on road vehicles Objective and Perceptual Measurements（LTA Innovation Fund）、Passive Displacement Coil Unit (PDCU): System and Thermal Comfort Performance Evaluation（SIT SEED Fund）等，在Building and Environment、Science of the Total Environment、Journal of Urban Ecology、Sustainable cities and society、Solar Energy、Energy and Buildings等国际著名学术期刊发表论文30余篇。在国际学术协会任职方面，Steve担任国际建筑性能模拟协会(IBPSA)新加坡分会会长。Steve在城市热岛效应研究领域具有突出的学术水平。 |
